From that point you will deal directly with the technician till your case is resolved.

At Tangled Technology we operate a no fix no fee service, if we diagnose the issue with your system and you proceed to purchase one of our services, however we then discover there is another issue with your machine and we cannot repair it, we will refund all your money back or cover the extra work ourselves.

All our technicians have vast experience in the industry with degrees, MCTS, and many, many more qualifications. In fact many of our technicians hold full time employment with in the industry which is why you leave us a message and we get back to you with the technician best suited for the job and availability to meet your needs.
